These are standard 8x10 top loading sheet protectors. I bought them while living in Korea (thus the weird packaging)
I used them to make scrapbooks using 3 ring binders - much cheaper than traditional scrapbooks - I liked the 3 ring binders because they are available in many colors and you can customize the front and side easily.
